Puget Sound Winter Garage Build

I am consulting on this garage project started just before the 1st snow this year - mostly due to permitting issues. It is in the dry as of yesterday and I will post a video of the entire build process later this week with lots of detail footage and some nice drone shots, but for now, here are a couple of progress pics from the start after the original carriage shed was removed to its current state.

24X24 structure wit LOTS of concrete and rebar due to the sloping lot. 2X6 walls and manufactured trusses with attic storage.

OK, so it took more than a week, But the video is done and up for the first part of the build. Paint went on the eves this weekend and the Garage door will be delivered late this week.
