Pulled this air drier from the dumpster

Plugged it in and it powers up. The condenser fan comes on but the "high temp" light is also illuminated.

I don't think the compressor is coming on. There are two wire groups going to the evaporator. I assume one of those is causing the warning light but the core is sealed in foam.

I can't find anything on the internet about this unit. Anyone have insight?

It is normal for the high temp light to be on until the air cools down.
Yes I am very familiar with larger Hannkinson air driers,I have maintained 3 of the for the last 16 years. They are solid units and work well ,but parts are expensive.
Yours is smaller and can most likely bloc ate parts at an HVAC supply if needed. I deal with Atlas industrial supply in Houston,TX for my parts.
If your compressor is running,the high temp light will go out when you drop the temp on your air. These do not drop the temperature a lot,usually about 2 degrees and if yours is R22 it should run a suction pressure of 67 when in the green if you have a built in gauge on your unit.
I see you do not have a gauge on yours.
Check if the compressor is running and if you have pressure in the system.
If so you are good to go!

No gauge but it does have service ports. I'll check it.
