I can't zoom in on my phone far enough to see where the ad is.

The ad is at the bottom of the page, but it is for this spinning speed wrench; which is the only tool that comes up for me when I search his name. I borrowed these photos from a current ePay ad.

Funny, that wrench has been on GJ before



Looks they were into aircraft and marine cabling based on the other links. So maybe not battery lugs, but seems credible

But time out. Notice the two different fonts on that I wonder if that was made by somebody else and just marketed by Patrick McDermott

Do you still have this tool? It is part, not all, of an aircraft cable swaging tool. If you are selling, I’m buying!

Cable splicing clamp. Designed for using a thimble to support the eye. This is a portable model, and the tab by the wing nut is designed to be held in a vise. The clamp can then be rotated by loosening the wing bolt that is screwed into the tab.

This is a diagram of a heavier-duty model, but this one works the same way:
