OK so, I posted this in general tool discussion and thought I would try here also. I bought a group of pullers off evil bay which included one special purpose looking one that I am unsure of what it is for. I did google the part # and got lots of things but, not that.
Anybody out there know?

So you're jut talking about the two hole puller with the scallop out of it, right?
I'm not completely sure but I think it's a steering wheel puller. Ive seen it before but can't get the little gray cells to engage fully.

I think it's a steering wheel puller also. The scallop is to avoid damage to the horn wire.

Interesting tool. Can you take more photos?

In the second picture, the item at the top is the striking handle to a wheel hub puller. Here's a picture of what the whole thing looks like.
