Going to pull the trigger on my garage floor.
It's an attached garage, 500 sq. ft., not sealed, 12 years old, some oil staining, no cracks or uneven surfaces.
Will not be a working garage as I have a huge shop out back. Primary purpose is vehicle storage.
Goal, I just want a very clean, nice looking garage. I'm in the process of repainting the ceiling and walls and will be adding new lighting as well.
I've done my due diligence, I've researched previous threads and checked out some of the venders here via their website. I'm pretty handy and pretty sure I can follow directions so I'm not afraid to do the work. The info though can be a little overwhelming.
Waiting on a price quote from Racedeck, but for comparison is polyurea the way to go? It seems with my research it's easier and should last longer?
Also...should I do the flooring first or last in regard to painting the walls. If I go with a coating I'm planning on using a diamabrush attachment with a HD polisher rental.
Ok, so any help you guys can give me is greatly appreciated.
