pushmower storage

My neighborhood HOA won't allow outbuildings - so I've been thinking of making something like those Bicycle pully systems to store my push mower up and out of the way. I figure I'd fold down/colapse the handlebar and then rig a way to attach hooks or something do the deck, through eyelets/loops or pullys on the ceiling through joists.

Anybody have any slick ways for storage of that pushmower?

I did actually see your post a while back - And it is a good solution - I would like however to free up floor space - Maybe I'll dream up my own little solution and implement it, then post the results. Wonder what I should use on the cieling in the joists? eyelets or more like Ubolts, hanging over the joists - with some way to attach rope to it after it drops through teh sheetrock. Weels are starting to turn..... stand back.
