Putting ceramic tile over deck floor

Not really garage related, (well maybe it is as some of the work I will be doing will be in the garage in effort to finish this project)
We are in the process of making our once covered front porch into a 4 season room.
It is completely enclosed, insulated and under roof-
We do plan to heat it in the winter.
Im unsure about what to do for the flooring- im not much of a carpenter or builder, I can do most things but I'm not a professional at any of it and my knowledge is very limited when it comes to structures like this and building materials.
It is currently decked with 2x10 boards on 2x6 joists on 16 centers anchored to 4x4 treated posts and to the exterior wall of the house
I would like to do ceramic tile with electric floor heat.
I know ceramic is really picky when it comes to a floor flexing- I'm not sure if this will be sturdy enough or not and I also don't know if the floor being pretty much uninsulated underneath will be a problem.
I plan to put some sort of vapor barrier between the decking and cement board- we have sealed the cracks between the deck boards with expanding spray foam to try to help a little.
Im basically fishing for advice because I would hate to go through all of the effort of putting down 300 square foot of ceramic tile only to have it crack up on me.
Any advice, constructive criticism, etc. would be greatly appreciated

It's hard to say without seeing how structurally sound the floor is and would it be able to carry the extra weight. I would skip on the cement board, instead glue and screw 5/8" plywood down, then use an uncoupling membrane like Ditra.

Having the floor uninsulated underneath is not an issue. Just be sure to use a premium "flex" thinset and grout.

I'd want to get sheets of plywood down over that 2x or rip and replace.

3/4 ply + Ditra heat + tile

Look up the installation manual for ditra. It will lay out subfloor requirements for various construction types.

If there is any perceivable bounce right now, it must be corrected before laying tile. Otherwise it will crack

I did this (without the heating) in our last house. Used half inch cement board with many, many of the proper screws. Above that used ceramic tile in 12 x 12 squares, in thin set. Worked without cracks. Floor was very stable with few creaks before tile.
