I decided to try putting down epoxy on my pole barn concrete. The building is 40x70, but I can't haul everything out and leave it outside for the lengthy time it would take me to go this by myself, so I partitioned off a 23x21 area to try.

Using Sherwin Williams Armorseal and thinner, crack filler, etc.

I used Muriatic acid to prep the floor, I pressured washed it, then repeated the process. I picked up a diamond cup grinder for stubborn areas and hit them with that.

I had some paint overspray on the floor from the walls, I asked the SW mgr what would remove that, she advised me to just epoxy over it. Not to sure about that, so I will probably use the cup grinder on that.

Still have some deep stains from oils, but the surface seems rougher.

Hope to fill the cracks later this week, then put my first coat down this weekend.
