Hey guys I'm about to put a pole barn. Now I have never been around anything like a new construction project and my old man is to stubborn to help me with what steps I need to take. I have ground, the building has been quoted out at 47,800 (50x72x16, 2-14ft. doors etc etc). I have a guy lined up to do my septic. But what I"m really needing is a step by step of the order I need to get things done.
EG1. gravel driveway
2. run power
3. run water
etc etc. any help I can get would be great, since I can't get it from anyone else.
Here are the spec's on the building.
50x72 8' on center, 6" concrete, 2 14ft. doors. double bubble around the whole thing with house wrap on the back portion. The back half I am finishing into an apartment so 50x24 will be an apartment. I am doing all of the interior work, I have done finish work before. I'm also doing all electrical. In floor heating and probably a mini split for the AC in the house.
