HI: Guy's I plan on running a new service out to a new garage. I have a 200 amp panel in my house, I am going to buy a 90 amp breaker for in my house panel and run 2-2-2-4 aluminum out, down and to a 100 amp panel in my garage. Can I use schedule 40 PVC or does it have to be 80?

Sch 40 will do just fine.

If you will weed whack around the stub ups, maybe sch80 just in those parts might be a good idea, just for the added durability.

Blow a string in it once complete, then pull in a rope to pull wire with.
