PVC primer (stain) on new concrete

So some combination between the concrete guys, plumber, and a not-so-sealed can of PVC primer and I've got two very purple patches of concrete... In the grand scheme of concrete screw ups, this is minor, but I planned to coat the floor in clear (polyurea or similar).

I read about it and used acetone to clean it up a bit... The dye did lift quite a bit, but it rained this weekend and as soon as the concrete looks wet, this stuff is pretty obvious.

What are my options other than coating the floor in an opaque material?

grind it off. PVC primer may not have penetrated that deeply (you'll find out).

Maybe start with a stiff wire wheel or cup brush on your grinder, if you have one. Else hang it on the plumber, it's certainly his stuff, and just ask him to use a cup brush or something more aggressive if he has to.

Thanks.. I'll try brushing it (wire) with acetone.
Grinding it -I assume I'll just dig into the skim coat on the concrete and create myself another "spot"...

If nothing else it’s part of the floor. Treat it like a birth mark for your new shop. You will still love it.

My instinct only. Acetone and water mix. I might open the garage door so not to blow the roof off, use a little acetone on it with some old towels to get up what I can (toss them outside to dry away from sparks etc., and don't get high on the Acetone. Then use some soapy water with bleach in it to lift and neutralize what is left. A little vinegar on a rag wiped over it when done will neutralize the bleach smell. I'd bleach and clean several times if the first attempt doesn't get it. Several people on other forums said this worked for them too.

i used clear pvc primer and small brush and scrubbed it out..

I was able to get this up. Acetone, PVC "cleaner" - got about 60% of the dye. I hit it with acetone and a wire brush on a drill several times. Finally, I did a couple rounds of 25% bleach/water mix.
