PVC Through Block Wall

Quick question thinking ahead.... is it to CODE to run say an empty 4" and two 2" PVC pipes and elbows from the outside underground then through the lower block wall near the footing and up into where the slab will be poured and cap them off for future use? I have no plumbing in my garage build plans but am thinking it might be good to put some empty pipe in there now. Does this make sense or introduce problems and Id be better off plumbing later if I need to through the framed walls?

icf houses you place PVC pipes through/in and pour the walls around it. Not against code that I know. Depending on soils, drainage, or how you deal around a pipe it could cause water issues, not as likely on a slab

Also be mindful of freezing depth and perimeter insulation. If the chase is not deep enough or to close to the edge of an unprotected slab you could freeze water lines.

Also use long radius elbows. Even pex will kink if to tight of a bend.

Here is where the problem comes in. If no plumbing or future plumbing in garage area is on the plans they could say you plan on putting a bathroom out there. My area they worry about having plumbing in garages and people later turning the space into rooms or an apartments believe it or not. I would call down to the powers that be and ask.

I put an extra 2" PVC pipe in my 30x40 garage. Nothing was said and it passed final inspection. I did run a separate water line after the fact though...

Funny.....it was the inspector for the footings that suggested it. But that was when he was inspecting the trench depth. Now the footings are in but the block is going in tomorrow. Inserting pvc through the block and up into slab is what I question how to do to code.

provided with a relieving arch, or a pipe sleeve pipe shall be built into the
foundation wall. The sleeve shall be two pipe sizes greater than the pipe
passing through the wall.

Thats Major help Thank you. I think I am going to pass at this point based on that and not having access to sleeves before the block goes in tomorrow. And I cant even think what Id want coming up through the slab anyway that I couldnt run in or through the framed wall and insulate if needed.
