The PV Co stands for Prentiss Vise company, you'll have better luck searching for a replacement nut using the full name. I believe there's a vise parts discussions elsewhere on the board that may be helpful.

What is the thread diameter and thread pitch?

sometimes you luck out and another manufacturer’s part will fit.

I am really uneducated on vises, how would I go about getting this information? Just use a tape measure for diameter? Not sure about the pitch.

Count the threads in one inch of length of the mating screw. Also measure the diameter of the mating screw using the tape measure.
