I installed a Q mark heater. I wired from the panel to a 240volt double pole thermostat, then to the heater terminal blocks. Can I jump the thermostat terminals on the control board? Photos below. H1 -H2, and P1- H1. Thanks

If you jumper both, the heater will have no thermostat control and will heat continuously until you turn off the breaker. If that's your goal - then go ahead and jumper. Otherwise, a single pole thermostat is cheap and well worth the cost.

I wired the line voltage to a thermostat on the wall first, then to the heater. So that is shutting the heat on and off.
