QA is lacking on this PB Swiss bit, LOL

I ordered loose PB Swiss bits quite a while ago, but just got around to organizing them into bit holders today. I found this PH2 bit amusing.

Perfect match for stripped/rounded out screws.

That is cool. I would sharpen the tip to a point and use it as a center punch bit.

I once bought a box of Phillips screws that had no slots in them. That bit was made for those!

Those P B Swiss bit blocks are awesome, they are the only style I can get along with

Indeed I'm very suprised it made it through the PB Quality Control, I'd have expected that there is some vision-based automated inspection.

Maybe it''s a DIY blank so everyone can machine his own screw-driving geometry.

I'm impressed because, IIRC, this is the first defect I've seen posted here from PB Swiss. I don't have much by PB, just punches and chisels, but they're almost too pretty to hit with a hammer. I don't use them a lot, but so far they seem quite durable.

Oh, I also have some of those bit holders, which are quite nice.
