Thought this was funny. Good thing I have experience with customer service at SB&D.

Loading up my Ernst Socket Boss rails and noticed my 3/8" drive 5/16" socket was a little suspect. Must've been upside down when the main business took placecbdf78b961ad850b7c206a5b8d7e1a33.jpg

That is not a manufacturing mistake. It was designed and manufactured to be that way. Clearly. Look at it carefully.

That almost does not seem possible given the manufacturing process to make that socket, that's a WTF to me.

Eh, mass production.

People posted a few years back after SK day about off center broatch on some smaller sockets. My worst off center socket is a snap on low profile 16mm. Happens to every brand.
