Mini split will be here tomorrow and I’ve been glancing over the install manual.
Just wanted some clarification on the QD fittings . When the Lineset is hooked up to the evaporator, do these QD connections need to end up outside of the building? Is this what the manual is stating?
Also, the walls in the building are 12’ tall and I had planned on installing the inside unit about 9’ from the floor. Is this a good height? Should I go lower or higher?
