I'm looking at going electric heat for my 24' x 36' new construction 3 stall garage and am looking at the Qmark 7500 watt ceiling hung electric heater. Im also thinking of putting one of these in my 30' x 30' insulated steel shed (6inch insulated sidewalls and insulated ceiling. Anyone else use this? For those who know anything about this one please post your opinions on performance, support, quality or anything else. Thanks-

I have the 5600 watt, 19,000+ btu and it works very well in my 27x 24 fully insulated garage. I live in Ohio and we have been having some **** weather the past few months. I was working in the garage in short sleeves with the outside temps in the teens. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the replies fellas. I'm also trying to get away from any extra humidity too and figured electric heat will help that too. I have read reviews on this unit and havent found any negatives so far

In the house I just moved out of, I have used a Qmark heater in my 24x40 detached garage for 13 years. It has been totally trouble free. I have done nothing but clean it. It was there when I bought the house, so I don't know how old it is, but it has been flawless.

I should mention that my water softener was in the garage, so I heated it all winter long.
