First deal posting so be gentle.
I recently bought an ebay auction from a surplus company in Iowa (killer deal, a new 3/8 Armstrong 11-994 locking flex ratchet for $45 shipped). I inquired about these bits and the gentleman threw in a few samples for me.
They retail for $1.50-$2 a piece online:

He is selling them for 25.3 cents each.....the catch is that you have to buy 100 for $25.35:

If they were larger than #1 I think I would pull the trigger on a lifetime supply but I think 100 #1's might be several lifetimes for me but if you often use small screws its a great deal. The samples he threw in will probably last me a few years.
He has a bunch more stuff that may be of interest to some of us. I got my ratchet for 20% off his price with "make offer" so he seems flexible.
