A shrink wrap sealer is a couple hundred bucks. A reseller will make that investment back after just a few sales of rejected or used goods now pawned-off as factory sealed. Not saying this is what happened in your case. Just that it's plausible.

Unless you have the name of a franchisee you bought these tools from, I wouldn't bother Snap-On with warranty claims over minor cosmetic defects.

The thing that is really odd to me is that out of the sets that I have gotten different sources, that it seems like I have received all the flawed tools, albeit them working fine, out of the possibly decent brand new sets there are out there that DON'T come off of the snap on truck or their website. Alright, well, rant over.

The capital letters in your posts randomly is a very strange way of writing. The flaws you have pointed out in the pictures do not seem like a concern to me, the second you use these tools they get scratches and flaws. Why haven't you brought it up with your salesmen or inspected them before leaving the truck? If these have been purchased off ebay or other third party options, then I wouldn't think you have much ground to stand on with the complaints.
