I like to dabble in knifemaking and could use a quality dial height gauge with carbide scraper. I need at least a 1/1000" accuracy and a minimum of 6" tall but I'd really prefer an 8-10" one. I love Mitutoyo tools but am not 100% brand loyal to them. I can pay for it or trade for one of my knives or possibly some other tools or whatever. I can get an inexpensive Grizzly gauge fairly cheap that would work but I'd rather have a higher quality tool. Pm me with details and/or offers.
