Quality Fingernail Tools for Gifts, Suggestions please

I work in the healthcare field and because of that I work with some really great gals. Each year I get them each a holiday gift, in the $20 and under range. Recently I noticed my friend came back again to my area to borrow the ratty nail clippers someone has left behind, and that is when I got the idea to give everyone some nice nail tools.
Any recommendations? USA made possibly? A small kit of several items would be cool. I'm sure I am not the only dude that will make use of this suggestion.

I bought my last set at the airport. :dunno:

Don't get the kind that ****. I hate those, I always have to throw them away and get different ones. I don't know what they are, but there are a couple different cutter styles, and one of the designs totally blows.

Well now Jdcompman that's what I'm talking about. Most of my work gals are worth a gift of that caliber but at $59.00 bucks it's a bit rich for my pocket book. I have about 10 folks to buy for.

Fingernails ARE tools. I bet most people use their nails everyday for one thing or another, even if it's just picking your nose. Gotta maintain.

Seki. Made in Japan, less than $20, far better than the POS Revlon ones I bought for $3 at CVS.

Hey cut the guy some slack here, he's not gonna be the first nor last guy to want to get the ladies something nice....to the OP...smart move.

A wise old man once told me...there are 2 kinds of "Tough Talking Men":

A) Guys who really are tough talkers...****** marriage, and divorces in process.
B) Liars..talk tough around the guys and on the interwebs but when they get home momma is boss.

I've been shopping for a new set of clippers, I like my nails SHORT, and its a long ways to my toes.

Revlon USED to be good, recent serious quality issues.
Soligen is best, Germany. Too expensive for this budget.
Seki, from Japan maybe next.
Mehaz or KAI, from Korea
Tweezerman from I don't know, many also like.

Pictures are deceptive about size, both too large and too small, some brands have a curved cutter, some straight.

Seki SS108 is what I am thinking about most recently, but I kind of want to take a look in person.

Pro's use a clipper like the Seki Edge SS 202, very sharp curve blade plier style cutters, http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003AKZCPU/?tag=atomicindus08-20 The potential for injury makes this a much more manly choice.

A few years ago I ran across a clearance at Sports Authority of Wegner Swiss Army nail clippers, a 2 pack for $20. Each pack had a pair of red and then purple or pink. Guess what all my couple friends got for Christmas.... Looking on the web, I see them in the mid 20 dollar range for a single pair, that may be a bit high but they are a good nail tool setup.

Ok, weird thread but I do have a favorite: Curtis brand clippers are good.

I've had one good clippers a decade now and they are just better than most. Not costly and I have no idea where they are sold anymore.
