I am planning on doing a full flake polyaspartic coating on my pole barn floor within the next few months. I'm also planning on using a moisture barrier primer as the first coating. Would the moisture barrier primer replace the first coat of polyapartic, or do you still do the typical 1st polyaspartic coat, full flake, then 2nd polyaspartic coat on top of the moisture barrier?
I know Armor Poxy sells a moisture barrier coating that is rated 20lb/24hr/1000 sq ft.....what other products are there in addition to Armor Poxy that are good quality with pretty good moisture barrier qualities?

Yes, you will want to use the Moisture Barrier Epoxy in place of polyaspartic as the first coat. Check with them to see if you can flake into it to be sure. For topcoat, you may consider using there 2 part military grade clear. It's a lot easier to use (work time wise) then most polyaspartics. I used their 2 part military grade clear a few years ago on my floor when i first started out and its incredible. It still looks brand new to this day. On a floor this size, it would take a professional applicator to apply the polyaspartic. The can go over pros / cons of each.
