Question about APB Pole Barn

I am doing some research regarding a Pole Barn.I will be moving to NC within a year or two.The wife has OKed a Pole Barn to go up rather quickly for my toys.I e-mailed APB pole barns who quoted me a price of 12,000 in parts/delivered for a 40'x40' pole barn,vinyl siding,40 year shingle,two overhead doors.I want one in the front and on in the back.One side door and gutters.How much would it cost to put it up? Does the concrete go in after its built?What would concrete cost poured.I have 28x32 stick built garage.It was 26,000 for the shell/concrete/gutters/4 foot pad/40 year shingle/3/4 foam/wrapped and sided.Any input would be appreciated.

Usually you can figure about the same in labor as parts(ballpark), concrete is about 100 bucks a yard delivered. Grading and prep work probably run 1k with materials unless it's a hilly lot. If you're going to have someone put it up get a package deal so they don't come back on you for parts missing.

2 years ago it cost me 14,500 for a package that was 2 12' OHD, one man door, stamped plans and the building permit. It was another $6500 for erection. We erected it ourselves and looking back I should have spent the 6500. Our building is 36x48x14' all metal sides and roof. Concrete and interior finish was added to the above costs.

shirk pole builders. 30 x 40' x 12' w/ 2 10 x 10 doors, one 36" steel door, 1 ft. overhang all around. Erected without concrete : $13900 total!
