I want to Run LED Bulbs, I plan to get the Dual Mode bulbs,Listed below

They say to wire as follows....

Question is, Where do I connect the Neutral to? The Old Ballast? I planned on removing them.

I know I should be able to run them right through the ballast, But I want to separate the light into 2 circuits, Middle light, and Outer Lights.

True, it will run either with or without the ballast. Running with the ballast, you can use either shunted or unshunted sockets. But you need to make sure you have the correct sockets if you're going to run it without the ballast. Most fixtures like that come with shunted sockets or "Instant Start" sockets. To run it without the ballast, you'll bring the black to one side of the socket and the white to the other side of the same socket. Therefore the socket MUST be unshunted or "Rapid Start".
If you're going to wire that fixture with 2 circuits, 1 with the ballast and 1 without, you'll be better off changing all the sockets to avoid any confusion in the future. Also, verify with the lamp manufacturer that the lamp can be run solo on a 2-lamp ballast.
If I'm understanding what you are thinking about doing, it seems unnecessarily complicated. My 2c
Good luck,

Probably, And I just tested my Sockets, they are Shunted.... I'm ordering a few to test my "Plan" The Idea being that I can turn on 1 Lamp, 2 Lamps, or All 3 Lamps, depending on the switch i throw.

Thanks, you pointed me in the right direction.

Update.... Ordered a few non-shunted sockets, by-passed the ballast, and I am able to turn either 1, 2 , or all three lights on depending on my brightness needs
