question about c7000 lift

i just got mine and i love it lol . but one problem i think i did it correct the bleeding process the lift work up and down fine with nothing on it. but when i put my car on the lift it was jerky going up so i stop. when i try to lower it after releasing the locks the lift wont go down. after a while is started to drop a little which was scary. what am i doing wrong worried about doing it again

You still have air that needs purging. It took several trips to max ht to get all bubbles out.

Thanks chops i also forgot to grease the inside columns it's working a little better but love this lift.
