Question about craftsman wobble extension

When did they make a knurled set of wobble extensions that were USA made?
I have a set of USA made wobbles and they are not knurled. Is this the chicom set?

I also did not know that they made a 1/2 set in USA made.

I might have missed it but, do any of the pictures actually show the letters USA stamped on the extensions? if not, I'd say they're not US made or ask the seller for a picture showing USA stamped on the tool.
Those are actually wobble plus type extensions. They might have came out about the time the internal torx sockets came out but, i'm leaning towards them not really being US Made. I've never seen a knurled US Made Craftsman Extension

Thanks for the confirmation. I was thinking the same thing. I never saw a 1/2 inch set. I was hunting for a set. It wasn't until they went chicom did I see the 1/2.

I have a few extra long chinese Cman extensions I bought while on sale and they work perfectly fine.... If I wanted wobble extensions, I would buy these.

The rolled stamping has Chinese written aaallllll over it...

Looks like the same stamping as gearwrench extensions. Taiwan most likely.

im looking into getting some wobbles as well. iv read on here in a search that people where cracking the cman wobbles so im going to stay away from them. just my .02cents

Those extensions all have "ST" stamped in them. If they were made here they would have USA stamped in them somewhere. According to the Craftsman code table ST is


ST = Stanley Works, likely Taiwanese made, ca. 2007 - 2009
(note- this is a Canadian Craftsman series code)

^ ST - might see if you can get a confirmation on COO from lauver, but something tells me those are not US made.
as noted above, if it's US-made, and it's Craftsman, odds are it will have "Made in USA" stamped on it.

what's the difference between wobble and wobble plus? Do all major brands sell both?
