Question about Dremel attachment

I'm going through my late dad's shop and sorting things.

He had two Dremel products: a desktop-sized scroll saw model 1671, and a handheld Dremel variable speed Moto-Tool Model 380-5.

Can someone tell me what this attachment is, and whether it goes with the scroll saw or the handheld? I think it goes with the handheld, but I want to be sure. It says Dremel on it, but there's no part or model # that I see. It's 6" x 4".

Thanks for your time.

It is a router attachment. I have one just like it. I've used it with an 1/8" roundover bit that can be kind of useful for easing edges.

Here's a photo of an old one on Ebay for comparison.
