you can get foreign pawlless ratcheting raised panels from crafsman, those are the only non-polished ones iv'e seen

No pebble finish, all full polish. The only companies making them with that type of finish are German, namely Hazet and Gedore but be ready to shell out some big bucks. There might be some taiwan brands but none that i know off hand.

Older Kobalt and Craftsman Pawless were on the rougher side but had pretty terrible ratcheting mechanisms. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Stanley had some ratcheting ones in a satin finish for a while. my dad has a few of them.
