Question about Insulating Pole Barn

As we near the start of our Pole Barn construction, I had a few quick questions about insulation.

FYI, Interior will eventually be finished with 5/8" Sheetrock and be heated.

I purchased the Insulation from Pole Barn Company (Fiberglass with paper backing).

They recommended since I am going to insulate the ceiling and walls with the Fiberglass Batts, that I should NOT get the double bubble on the roof. Is this the standard recommendation?

If I have the Metal Exterior Walls, Wall 2x4 horizontal supports, then Fiberglass Insulation, will the fiberglass Insulation be susceptible to water damage? I've read on here you want the barrier on the inside finished side of the insulation but I am curious about keeping the insulation from being ruined without the standard Sheething/house wrap used on residences.

Thanks!

Last year I finished my pole barn insulation with 4'x8' foot styrofoam
Panels. The panels have a strip of OSB every 24". Just install between your post vertical. Screw the to your girts. The panels are like SIPs panels. The dimensions are 4'x8'x5.5 thick.
Easy to work with and no worries about sweating. I got my panels at bigsky insulation in Belgrade Montana but I am sure you have a company
That deals in SIP insulation. They can get them.
