Hey guys so I built a new garage and now comes the power..the company put a 3/4 condunat in the ground for me so I can run bigger power. Right now I only have a 15amp circuit run to the garage. My plan is to put 60 amps out there will.number 6 be ok for the run between house and garage..its about 75ish ft behind the house. I know I have to run 2 hots and a netrul and ground does the nietrul and ground have to be the same size as the hots.
Thanks
Dan

The grounding conductor need only be 10 AWG, but has to have green insulation, the neutral also has to have white or gray insulation, neither is allowed to be marked using color coding tape because they are smaller then 4 AWG. Would have been a lot easier if a larger conduit had been used.

where are you located?

usually sub panels have the neutral and ground bars separated per code, and detached structures require there own grounding electrodes(usually 2 ground rods)

No. The ground is not bonded to the neutral bar in the garage subpanel. Neutrals need to be isolated from grounds and a bonded ground bar needs to added to the subpanel for the grounds only.
