Question about Snap on box

Some local guy has this same box for sale except in yellow.The condition looks like it just needs a cleaning and he said he doesnt have the keys for it anymore.But he wants 800 bucks.Let me know what you guys think

$500 and a new coat of paint would be a good deal. Stainless top is a nice addition.

Either thats not the same box or the drawers are switched... one sold recently with the top box in mint condition on CL for 850
