Those are made for Snap On by Ernst Manufacturing, in the US. I'm a little torn about them - the rails are top notch A number 1... but the socket clips aren't quite as secure as I like. All in all though they're not bad I have a half dozen of them or so.

That being said, just buy the Ernst branded ones, they're about half or less what the SO branded ones cost.

They are made by Ernst Manufacturing. Shop around for a better deal. Pros are you can get them in colors (red=SAE, Blue=MM), various lengths, and they have kits that will hold a ratchet with your sockets and kits to hang on the edge of a cart, and magnetic bases for better organization. As for the socket retainers, there are three types. There are the regular duty ones. They also make a version that is stronger for impact sockets and the like. The third type is brand new and not really on the market yet, where you twist as you pull to remove the socket from the rail. The rails are a little on the tall side, there's really nothing to keep the socket pegs from sliding off the rail other than the serrations.
