Question about some old Sears branded pliers

I've had this old pair of Sears branded pliers for years. It's spent most of its life just sitting in various tool boxes I've had. I was going thru some of the stuff in the box and noticed they are cracked. I cannot remember if these pliers carried the same warranty as the ones labeled Craftsman. These are marked Sears on one side and China on the other. Does anyone know if these carry the same warranty? Thanks.

They might give you a pair of evolve pliers if they even make those as replacement but I would just throw them away because any replacement you get is going to be junk.

Those aren't that old. I've seen and own some older SEARS Japan made pieces and they are fine quality wise. They look just like the craftsman made counterparts.

Would of been a perfect candidate to exchange at lowes when Irwin was doing the free promo. Maybe hold on to them they might have a promo again sometime this year.
