Question about sub panel

I'm installing my 100 amp sub panel and have a question about the ground.
My 200 amp main panel has 3 wires from the pole going to it. The 2 power phases and a ground. When they installed the main panel they hooked the ground to the neutral bus bar. The ground bus bar is bonded to the panel but the ground wire from the ground rods go to the neutral bar.

When i make the connection in the main panel for the sub panel which bus bar do i use for the ground? I have the strap removed in the sub panel.

Also. I am using mobile home feeder wire for the sub panel. 2-2-2-1

At the main service the grounding and neutral (grounded) conductors connect together after that point they are separate.

The grounded and grounding conductors need to be bonded together at the main in order to clear faults, after that they must remain separate in panels elsewhere.

That is not a ground from the power co. It is a neutral.

All new subpanel need to have an isolated neutral bar.
