Question about this welder

I messaged the lady selling it, says it's an arc welder and it works. Would this be the arc thunderbolt 225? It looks like an older piece. Any input on it would be greatly appreciated

they fetch $100 in SoCal. Hold out for a DC welder.

Its a great welder at a good price. The "welders" here will harp about DC advantages.Then the chirping about 7018 being "the best electrode" will commence. None of them have a rod oven(OK a couple of them) so that chirping also goes out the window. That machine will do you very well. It doesn't appear beat to hell in the photo.
Take a friend to pick it up and.pick it up. Heavy mofo.
I actually just set up an AC225 Lincoln for 110 so am looking for something like that Thunderchicken to take it.s place in the home garage.For $50 I wouldn't have sent the link. It would have been that machine at my house.
Those will bring $150-$200 around here. Your screenshot is sucky but the machine looks clean ??/ and may be of a higher quality than the new ones being sold today.
