You have a problem changing the supply voltage on a listed heater, parts will be expensive, getting someone to sell them to you is another, & when your done the UL listing is void.

There are 3 components off the top of my head to replace, 1) 277V elements, 2) 265V blower motor, 3) control transformer, they will not be cheap. Something to consider is will the factory wiring & controls support the increased current from converting to a lower voltage.

It will be less trouble to get a heater for the correct voltage.
