Question: Floor Finishing System --VCT PVC & More

We get asked a lot about finishes, etc for PVC and VCT to increase shine, make it easier to clean and reduce stains. We have never carried anything, because I was never able to provide a product that I felt was 'top of the line' at a price that was 'reasonable'. If you want something inexpensive you can go to Home Depot, etc.

We found a VOC free, non HazMat product that cleans and polishes, typically in a single step (if their are release compounds you will want to strip them first) that you could do two coats in a 600 Sq. Ft. garage for about 50 bucks. You can then dilute and use as a cleaning solution to keep the look. Various gloss levels, the more gloss the more work.

OK, I was wrong. By the time you add the shipping the Satin Plus floor Finish system is about $63 delivered. I have to tell you, we are so impressed with what this stuff does we are recommending it on every PVC system we sell. It is also incredible on VCT, LVT and a host of other materials.

I have literally held off on a system for 12 years because they all had downsides. This system can be mopped on applied commercially, yet it is sstill 30% solids, VOC free, non yellowing and what really sold me on this one product in specific (we are adding several of their products) is it can be diluted and used as a no rinse cleaner.
