Question for Scotty about dust

I have a floor approx 2 years old. When the slab was new (before anything went in) I put down 3 coats of HD660m...an acrylic sealer I guess. I don't think it is still sold by Legacy. Anyhoo, I have a great deal of very chalky white dust. I think it's from my inferior concrete or the concrete being worked too much when poured. The 6600 def cut down on it but it's stating to get worn off. So my question is can I use another sealer (or would I be better off with a densities) like HD39 or HD40 on top of what I already have? Will it penetrate the 6600 that remains & will it (whichever you recommend) help or hopefully eliminate the dusting?

Sand it all off. Treat with hd37, apply two coats of hd6525mma.
Should be ok if your floor is not in a"sandy cap" condition.

Thanks for the advice Scotty. Sounds doable on my end. But what is a "sandy condition"? Pardon my concrete ignorance

Weak sandy cap. When water is used to help concrete finishers make the floor smooth. This practice raises sand and other weakness to the surface.

Push a screw driver into the floor, see if the surface crumbles. Try in a few places.
