Question for the bodyshop guys

Im replacing the roof skin on a '99 Chevy Silverado and was wondering if someone could tell me what product I need to replace the white foam in the picture below. I dont know if that was a panel bond adhesive or just a sound deadening foam that was applied at the factory. I'm not sure what to buy to replace it.

I used to work in the body shop of GM here in Ohio, and to me it looks as if it may be a heat activated anti rattle foam/sealer. As always...only a guess. Im sure you are not the first to encounter this, and some one on here will come to your rescue.

I just use whatever I have an open tube of. It's just to prevent tin rattle anyways. If you are concerned with making it a solid connection then use some urethane...
