Question on 2 polyurea/polyaspartic systems

I recently had 2 estimates from competing installers for my 1K square foot garage. Both use a polyaspartic top coat. One installer uses Sika Flooring products and the base coat is epoxy base. This system requires a 2 day install and 3 days before I can use my garage. They have a 10yr warranty. The other installer uses Penntek Industries products and the base coat is polyurea and total install time is 1 day and I can use my garage the next day. They have a 15yr warranty. Both prep the floor similarly with grinders and both are priced similarly within a few hundred dollars of each other. So.... which system or vendor products are better? I like the faster cure time with the Penntek products but the system with the epoxy base coat and long cure time sounds like it may bind better to the floor in the long run, but then why is the warranty only 10yrs bs 15?

Epoxy lends more build and has a proven relationship when it comes to bonding DIRECTLY to concrete.

We have seen threads here on the GJ that have complained of smell issues with systems relying completely on polyaspartic-only systems.

Our own install company here in Orlando, no matter which system we install starts with an epoxy product, typically a primer.

Lastly, I like a system that installs like a half-marathon, not a sprint.

These are my opinions.

Thank you for the reply. You are reaffirming my suspicions with going with the epoxy based base coat.
