Have a 40x60x16 metal building in north texas. It has 4-6" of open cell spray foam in the entire building. Finishing out a 20 x 40 living quarters on one side now. Framing isnt attached to metal at all. I dont see a need for the 3 exterior walls to have any kind of wall sheating on the outside part of wall. Interior side of walls will be finished with tongue and groove. Should an air membrane be installed on studs before tongue and groove? The 4 th wall that will seperate shop and living quarters will be skinned on back side with plywood(shop side) of framing floor to ceiling so it matches the walls in the shop
