Yes, unless I'm missing something, aren't all hacksaw frames reversible? I mean why stress that a frame is reversible as shown here on pg. 185

I don't think you are missing any facts tontotheindian9.
The catalogue descriptions look like just yet more useless fancy 'sales talk' to me. Almost all the other hacksaw frames are described as 'adjustable', so the catalogue writer had to find something to say about the cheaper plain ones and the only virtue he could come up with was 'reversible'..
