Question on patching asphalt

I know it's not a flooring question but I think I would get the best response here. I recently had to saw across my asphalt driveway to run wiring to the new garage as shown in the picture. Now I need to fill in where I sawed. What would be the best way to patch this? I know it's never going to match the old asphalt and I don't really know where I can buy asphalt so I'm thinking concrete. What do you guys think? Any better ideas than concrete?

We manufacture a proprietary asphalt patching material. It can be used for large cracks, resurfacing and potholes. Mix it up and pour it in. Here is a link to the product and a video clip.

If your going to do it yourself either use cold mix asphalt patch from a big box store or concrete. Asphalt companies could do it for you with hot mix but would be probably $2000 or so just because they have to come out for such a small amount. If your ever thinking about sealcoating the drive in the future I would just do concrete and it wont be that noticable after sealing.

Cold mix will not last very long. Hot asphalt deliveries are at least $500.00 minimum.
Concrete will crack in a thin crack filling application,

Cold mix will last for a while if you sealcoat the driveway. I had the fuel line on my bike crack and the leaking gas eat a hole in my driveway, I used cold patch I got at Home Depot and than had it sealcoated, its been over a year and its still looks ok. I'm in Jersey so we have a pretty good swing in weather throughout the year.
