Question on Snap-On screwdriver

I have a Snappy black hard handled 9" Phillips #2 screwdriver #SDDP102. It's my favorite Phillips! Today the hardened tip broke off. Do these have a lifetime warranty? I've had it for a long time and probably picked it up at a garage sale, so no receipt. Can I get it replaced?

Yes. If you call up Snap On they will probably just send you a new one. If you don't have a dealer, and are able to find one he would be able to replace the shank most likely, allowing you to keep the handle since you say it is your favorite. But if it really doesn't matter I would just call up Snap On and have them send you a new one.

Thanks for the replies! Yep, called Snap-On and their sending me a new one. They didn't even ask for the old one back!
