question on vintage ratcheting box end wrench

Years ago I saw a box end wrench that the entire inside of the box would rotate and ratchet. I was wondering if anyone knows what these wrenches were called or a manufacturer name. I have searched and searched and can not find a name anywhere.

Sorry I wasn't clear in my post. The box end portion had a slot in it that when the outer and inner part was lined up you could slip it over a long stud or something and then start ratcheting it. The one I saw years ago was old and I have never seen one since and was wondering if someone might have a name for this tool so I could possibly locate one.

I would probably call what you described a ratcheting flare nut wrench. Did a quick Google search, the only thing that fits your description precisely that I could find is this tool from a company called "Laser" I had never heard of:

Armstrong, etc., seem to make a model that does the same thing but with a different principle:
