Question to the US specialists !

I recently bought on ebay a bundle of tools including this SAE double box wrench.

Has anyone of the US specialists information about this wrench/brand ?

It looks like the wrench is marked "PQC" !?

This. They are an outdated tool brand but are a good quality tool.
Unfortunately they don't have a lot of value because they are not immediately recognized. Use the hell out of them and they will give you all of your money's worth

Not sure what he's gonna do with an imperial wrench over in Europe.

Lets face it, imperial may be rarely used here now but a 1/2 & 9/16 dbe is going to one that you would actually need a fair bit from all the sizes available.
