I hoping to used what is called flake flooring, epoxy with color chips in it. It is a new concrete floor. My questions are:
1) How will it hold up to jack stands under my car?
2) What about my heavy floor jack with metal wheels rolling around on it?
3) I do do occasional welding in the garage. MIG mostly but it does kick off sparks.
4) Will it scratch when fresh when moving in my heavy metal benches?

If everything needs wood feet etc. I would appreciate all the input I can get.

thx matt

Had the premiere garage floor company in Tucson install a new 2300 sq. ft. epoxy floor in my last garage. It was applied to an existing concrete floor that was 30 years old and needed considerable preparation before applying the new floor. The finished product was so beautiful that friends came over to take pictures. 6 months later, it was peeling and chipping from normal car movement on the surface. The vendor came out multiple times to fix it and each time they failed to get a proper color match so it eventually ended up looking like hell. I would never ever do it again.
