questions on krl 1001

Hey guys I recently bought a krl 1001/1201 combo on craigslist. Well drove it back home from Albuquerque to Lubbock on delivering to my work I found a few things that I didn't see before. Just wondering if snap on might warranty these

One of the casters is messed up looks like the bearings fell out and the guy tack welded it to keep it together. I don't move my box to often just to sweep under once in awhile.

The top draw the top 2 rivets holding the front part of the draw in place are both broken. Thanks here is a pic

Also what are you guys using to lub the slides a few draws seem like there getting stuck. Thanks

If you are a customer of a truck they will probably take care of it, those are popped spot welds ,

I don't have a snap on guy just matco which doesnt help my cause

If it is just the one a good size c clamp, two thick pieces of steel and a small mig welder will get it fixed; then touch up with paint to taste. If you want to go down the warranty route, you will need to get a hold of snap on.
