Quick advice needed Snap on mini box K60 ANV

So I bought this off of Craigslist last week. I paid $100 for it with the intention of flipping it. This is a anniversary box made to look like a real K60 top and K200 bottom, I believe it was made in 1980. Its about 2 feet tall. and has working drawers, locks keys etc... Made like a real box its pretty heavy considering the size. The neighbor at my shop saw it and fell in love with it. My plan was to put it on ebay and see what happens. He has been begging me everyday to sell it to him. Today he brought in a homemade apple pie for me. He has offered me $300 for it, plus more food.
My dilemma is should I sell it to him for the $300 or put it on ebay? I usually do very well on ebay and suspect I could get substantially more money for it there. Just the top box still in the box once sold for $329. The tops seem to be around but the bottoms seem much more rare. anyone know what they are worth? The neighbor is a great guy I have only known him for 6 months but we get along great, I do consider him a friend. I would really like to see hiim get it but I dont want to miss out on a (possibly) much bigger sale on ebay. I told him I would let him know for sure tuesday morning, any last minute advise for me?

Sell it to him for $300 or less. A good neighbor is worth more than the few dollars you would make on eBay. And apple pie is good too.

The only set I could find was a guy selling his for $1500, found doing a google search. Of course that doesnt mean he is going to get that much for it, but I have sold many things on ebay for way more than I thought I could get. If I knew it would sell for $500 then I would just rather sell to him, but lets say it sells for $1500 that would be a months worth of bills for me, or a big chunk I could pay down my credit card balance. I am not trying to be greedy, but I do have a family to support and buying and selling things like this has been like a part time job for me. From the moment he saw it I told him I was going to put it on ebay, so its not like I offered it to him and then changed my mind. I told him the other day I would put it on ebay and said he could get 25% off the total selling price, he didnt like that idea. As of right now I am leaning toward selling it to him, the pie was good.

I have the top but I've never even seen the bottom for it! I would say the set is pretty damn rare. That said, I say be neighborly while making a few bucks, win win!

Well I sold it to him. I havent got paid for it yet but told him its his. I told him if he ever parted with it he had to sell it back to me for the $300 plus an apple pie. rsanter he is giving it to his wife for a jewelery box. CJ Thats the reason why I let him have it, Although he is not the neighbor at my house. He is next door at the shop I have and we help eack other out often. Dont want any hard feelings there.
